A versatile tool for fast, accurate, one-person measuring, the CMR Series is the tool for measuring heights, clearances and horizontal distances up to 50 feet (15.2 m).
The CMR Measuring Ruler is a direct reading rod where the scale is read at eye level. Made of rugged, non-conductive fiberglass, the CMR Series measuring rod is lightweight and designed for durability.
The CMR comes with a nylon carrying case and caliper tip (a 6-inch caliper tip is also available separately - #91014). The CMR does accurate one-person measuring of heights. The rod is extended one section at a time (starting with the smallest section) and is extended until you hit the point you want to measure. The measurement is read at the top of the base section.
The rod is equipped with a female adapter in the top section. The adapter’s size is 1/4 X 20. This can be used to attach accessories.
